The tool does not open my file

Check the formats listed on the tool page. Most tools accept MP3 or uncompressed PCM WAV. The dedicated M4A to MP3 tool accepts audio-only AAC or ALAC M4A; renaming a file does not convert it. Only mono and stereo are supported. Files must be non-empty, no larger than 30 MiB and no longer than 10 minutes.

Processing is slow or the page stops responding

The first file loads an audio engine of approximately 31 MB. Keep this tab open, close other memory-heavy tabs and try a shorter file. After cancellation, select your file again if it was not fully inspected. A task that does not finish within three minutes stops and can be retried with a shorter file. No server takes over the processing.

I cannot hear the result

Press the player control and check your system volume. Compare the original and processed opening for fade-in, or the ending for fade-out. Existing silence can make the difference subtle. M4A files containing ALAC use a decoded PCM original preview.

Where is my downloaded file?

Choose Download after processing finishes. Your browser saves the file according to its download settings. Changing an export setting clears the previous result; create a new export before downloading again.

Will navigating to another page keep my file?

No. Files and results live in the current page's memory. Download your result before leaving or refreshing. To change bitrate and fade together, use the controls in the same workbench.
